Evaluation of groundwater contamination in the Marand study area under urban wastewater reuse conditions in agriculture using GODS

چکیده مقاله:

The study area of Marand city is 45 ° 46 'east longitude and 38 ° 26' north latitude and is located in the northwest of East Azarbaijan province and 60 km northwest of Tabriz province. Unfortunately, in recent years, the development of countries, including Iran, has led to more exploitation and improper use of groundwater resources, which reduces these resources and does not control the amount of pollutants that have been created for various reasons, the background of pollution of these valuable resources Has provided. In this research, we tried to use the GODS method and using ArcGIS maps, geospatial analysis and unsaturated area ranking map, groundwater depth map, soil environment rating map, environmental rating map The aquifer and map of the vulnerability of Marand aquifer and the vulnerability map of Marand aquifer are plotted and according to the importance and sensitivity of the contamination assessment of Marand aquifer, the results of the assessment of urban wastewater pollution in agriculture are indicative of This is the eastern part of the plain, despite the large population living in the area with further contamination In comparison to the west of the plain, which is the most agricultural land, it is better to use purified wastewater in the west of the plain for irrigation of agricultural land based on puddling management in the study area.
